I am a Registered Social Worker who has been providing clinical counselling services since 2008 with my Masters in Social Work. I offer virtual / online and In Person counselling services.

I work with ADULT women in these areas: - General women’s mental health including stress, trauma, anxiety and the impact of chronic illness. - Infertility & Reproductive Health - Perinatal & Postpartum Anxiety & Depression - Relationship Counselling - Parenting / New Parent Counselling

I am formally trained in EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (Advanced), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based CBT, Gottman Method, Perinatal Mood Disorders, Attachment-Based Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy.

I am also formally trained in Advanced Clinical Supervision. I have been a Clinical Supervisor for 5 years.
