Alison has 20 years of professional experience supporting children, youth, adults, and families. Alison’s years of counselling experience have involved treating individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship problems and more. Alison is passionate about providing a safe and caring space for clients to engage in inner work. She comes from a client-centred humanistic approach with the philosophy that the client is the expert in their life.
Alison is a mom to one teenage son, and has been a dedicated yoga instructor for 13 years. She has a warm, nonjudgmental spirit and leads with her heart.
