I work with ADULT clients in these areas:

I provide an approach primarily based on the therapeutic modalities of EMDR, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based CBT.

Consultation & Clinical Supervision

I provide individual and group clinical consultation and supervision for practitioners across the province of Saskatchewan.

NOTE: SK (Canada) clients only. I am a Registered Social Worker who has been providing clinical counselling services since 2008 with my Masters in Social Work.

I am formally trained in EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (Advanced), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based CBT, Gottman Method, Perinatal Mood Disorders, Attachment-Based Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy.

I am also formally trained in Advanced Clinical Supervision. I have been a Clinical Supervisor for 5 years.
